We were born in San Sebastian, where food is life. Food is our way to translate local culture, and we’ve welcomed new friends and familiar faces to share it with us. We’re so passionate that we have a special word to celebrate our love of all things edible: mimo. Now we’ve set our sights on exploring culinary cultures everywhere, yet we’ll always take that mimo with us.
