Bodegas García Gil

Its roots date back to 1960, when Ginés García Mirón cultivated a small vineyard with around 300 vines of native varieties, achieving a fruity young rosé wine, strawberry-coloured with violet tones, the result of a coupage of white and red grapes. At the beginning of the 21st century, Pedro Antonio García Gil, motivated by his accumulated experience and the desire to bring his family's wines to market, founded the winery. 

Although its facilities are not extensive, it has the ideal conditions for producing wines that stand out for their quality and personality. The winery maintains the region's winemaking legacy, historically focused on the production of young wines for personal consumption. 

In the winery's quest to improve, it expanded the vineyards and incorporated varieties such as Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha and Macabeo, covering an area of five hectares. This diversification allows the winery to offer wines that impress the finest of palates.

A distinctive feature of the estate is its windmill, used to extract water for irrigating the olive grove. It has become the emblem of the winery. Bodega García Gil invites you to enjoy its wines, a reflection of the effort and passion for viticulture in a land of great tradition.
