Biographie
Joaquín Fernández Franco was born in Alcalá de Guadaira in 1875 and died in 1933. He went down in history as the great creator of 'soleá de Alcalá´ style, although he never recorded anything, as he never turned professional. He spent his time shearing donkeys and lived in the castle of Alcalá de Guadaíra. He was the uncle of Juan Talega and Manolito el de María.
