Vivienda Rural La Monería

The La Monería Country House is located in the village of Las Delgadas. Zalamea la Real, Huelva. It occupies an old house founded in 1902, as can be seen in the arches that have been preserved and other construction features from the period. Nevertheless, and it was completely refurbished in 2011.

The two-storey building has an entrance hall and two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of these has a 135 cm bed and a full bathroom with a designer screen while the other has two 90 cm. beds. There is also an entrance hall, a lounge with a fireplace and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a kitchen with an island, a craft hood and stainless steel appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and vitroceramic hob). Tableware and kitchen utensils are included.

The La Monería Country House has a washroom (with hidden washing machine), an interior patio with Roman columns and a water fountain, porch and garden with barbecue. The upper floor has a lounge with a study table, two bedrooms (one with a 135 cm bed and another with two 90 cm beds) and a full bathroom.

There is air conditioning and central heating.
