The "El Jamón Ibérico De Los Pedroches" (Los Pedroches Iberican Ham) route revolves around the exciting world of ham, from the production of Iberian pork to the final consumption of its products. The Dehesa (Meadow), si the largest and best conserved in Europe, and is the start of this route. Later in our bogega-dryer you can discover the stages for aging a good acorn-fed ham from Los Pedroches as well as a slicing workshop for assistants.
