In the municipality of Villamartín, Hacienda el Rosalejo is a unique building of the Cadiz countryside, deeply rooted in the 18th century yet with all the comforts of modern times. El Rosalejo is a unique place, where you can feel the magic of classical Andalusian estates and "haciendas".

Hacienda El Rosalejo has two areas that can be enjoyed for different reasons, yet always characterised by quality. First, you can enjoy the exclusiveness of the Restaurante El Jardín, situated right in the ducal house (50 pax), with distinguished cuisine based on the best home-grown produce in the area, and innovative presentation.

With views of the dehesa and the shooting club, La Venta (150 pax) offers delicious grilled meats —their speciality— from northern Spain and from La Pampa in Argentina. Typical local dishes such as fried fish and stews make up the rest of the menu.
