Cooperativa Nuestra Señora del Pilar

The new oil mill belonging to the Nuestra Señora del Pilar Agricultural Cooperative, located on the outskirts of Villacarrillo, was built on a plot of land measuring 160,000 m2. It has the most advanced technology in matters of efficiency, safety and performance, both technical and in terms of profitability, enabling the extraction of olive oil of the highest quality.

The facilities are divided into three impressive areas: reception and cleaning, manufacture and storage. Worth mentioning is the factory with 12 production lines occupying over 11,000 square metres; four industrial units; several cellars containing 156 tanks for storing the oil and a 2-storey headquarters building with 1,800 m2 of floor space.

The end result of this careful production and packaging process is the excellent Cazorliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with all the flavour, aroma and colour, essential characteristics of the incomparable olives that grow in this area of Jaén, in the districts of El Condado, Loma de Úbeda and the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Nature Reserve.
