A completely renovated mill, based on the original building, which perfectly represents the business idea that is being developed there. An innovative design based entirely on sustainability, the management of natural resources such as collecting the rainwater, the use of natural air currents to cool the work areas and a façade in which the windows play a leading role. This enables us to work 95% of the day using natural light which reduces the environmental impact and responds to an undeniable business commitment to nature.

A tasting area, show cooking and open spaces available to host events for up to 100 people, are undoubtedly the icing on the cake for a totally innovative project, which at the same time respects tradition in the processes. A number of recognitions and awards have been received and given us international renown for almost 20 years.
