Cortijo Rural Los Chiripas

The Los Chiripas Rural Accommodation is located in Vélez Rubio (Almería), and consists of a spectacular rural farmhouse in a magnificent 70-hectare estate and surrounded by almond, fig and olive trees.

A unique environment, where peace, rest and relaxation prevail. Fantastic views of the Sierra del Cabezo de la Jara, Mahimon and La Muela at an altitude of 850m. Well connected and close to the dual-carriageway.

The farmhouse consists of 10 double bedrooms with extra-large beds, equipped with a desk and a television. 5 full bathrooms, some en suite and some shared.
Room for up to 20 people.

There is also a quadruple suite with 2 extra-large beds, a bathroom and a dressing room.

Luxury finishing, continuous polished concrete floors, underfloor heating. Microcement bathrooms, fireplace with closed glass, aluminium wood-look carpentry, "top" windows and security door.

The first floor has been allocated to public areas, it is open plan and consists of a large living room, a games room, kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. This makes access easy for the disabled whose comfort has really been taken into consideration.

In the exterior of the Los Chiripas Rural Accommodation there is a beautiful pergola with a splendid barbeque which is ideal both for grilling meat and making delicious paellas. There is also a fantastic wooden table seating 20 people.
And there is a washroom-toilet conveniently available for customers.

This splendid lounge/living room faces an extraordinary 50m2 swimming pool coated with beautiful porcelain tiles.
