Bodegas Ucopaxa

Bodegas Ucopaxa are located in the province of Malaga in the town of Vélez-Málaga, where the raisins produced by its associates under the commercial brand of “El Pasero” are classified, packaged and marketed.

The average annual production of raisins is about 400,000 kg, which is approximately 50% of the total production of Malaga raisins. This production comes under the Malaga Raisins Designation of Origin, which certifies and guarantees their quality.

En 1996, a new section was created for the production of muscatel wine, with the production and marketing of two types of wine: sweet wine and natural sweet wine, both under the Málaga, Sierras de Málaga and Malaga Raisins Designation of Origin.

There is a limited production of these wines which are marketed under the brand names of “El Pasero” and “Dama de la Viña”.
