Bodega Sancha Pérez, located in Vejer de la Frontera, is a family-run business that is committed to the agro-food transformation of two ancient crops: the olive tree and the vine, which played a vital role in the economy of towns and villages between the 17th and 19th centuries. This tourist complex combines agri-food activity with leisure and enjoyment for visitors, becoming a centre of interest where visitors can discover the secrets of artisanal and organic wine and oil production.

The visits begin with a tour of the vineyard and olive grove, where different grape and olive varieties grown on the farm are explained, as well as the organic farming techniques used. Afterwards, there is a visit to the winery and the oil mill, where visitors will learn about the processes of making white and red wines, as well as extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the tour, visitors have the opportunity to stop by the shop, where they can purchase wines, oils, vinegars and jams produced at Sancha Pérez.
