Camping Vejer
The Vejer Campsite is located in a huge pine forest in Vejer de la Frontera, close to the Breña y Marismas de Barbate Nature Reserve, guaranteeing wonderful shade throughout the area and excellent protection against the east wind. The location, very near the coast (Tarifa 50 kilometres and Cadiz 60 kilometres away), makes it ideal for day trips. It is also very near to Medina Sidonia (25 kilometres) and Arcos de la Frontera, two legendary white villages in the province of Cadiz.
Vejer de la Frontera has an important cultural heritage site that makes it one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. It was declared a Historical-Artistic site in 1976, as well as receiving the 1st National Prettiest Village Prize in 1978 1 National Beautification of Villas and was awarded the distinction of Great Tourist Affluence.
The Vejer Campsite is in a quiet location, away from the uproar of this bustling area in summer, but a few minutes away from places with a wonderful atmosphere. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature.
