Restaurant Casa Dirección

The Restaurante Casa Dirección is located in Valverde del Camino, between the mountains and the sea and within the community of the "Casa de Dirección”, leading exponent of the English influence in the city. Service, art, architecture, technique and cuisine combine perfectly for the good of the diners.

Specialising in local cuisine, Valverde cuisine with avant-garde techniques, Casa Dirección combines traditional elements, like the typical ham from La Sierra, cheese and white prawns from Huelva, with creations from local products with a more creative and personal preparation.

The menu features hake stuffed with prawns and Condado sauce; cod cooked with oil of rosemary and pil pil spinach; salmon marinated in soy gratiné with curry. The meat dishes feature fillet of Iberian pork with foie gras and stewed pumpkin and brochette of roast lamb with couscous and prunes.
