Asador Sierra de Aracena

Asador Sierra de Aracena is in Valdezufre (opposite the Posada de Valdezufre hotel), a small village located in the far north of Huelva province, between Higuera de la Sierra and Aracena.

The range of gastronomic delights on offer revolves around prime-quality Iberian pork products, and one of the star entrées is the Iberian acorn-fed cured ham. The main dishes include meat roasted over holm-oak embers: fillet steak, various choice cuts of Iberian pork, and also genuine Galician beef entrecote and veal. Not to mention the traditional cooking of the surrounding area (braised cheeks, and wild mushrooms in season), and grilled fish such as cuttlefish, swordfish and kingclip.
