Restaurante Munay emerged in the world heritage city of Úbeda, in the province of Jaén, with the aim of offering a unique and highly original culinary experience.
The MUNAY philosophy can be summed up as the passion of artisans for their craft, for age-old traditions, and for respect and commitment to environment. Those are the pillars of this new project, designed to celebrate the work of so many farmers, fishermen, livestock breeders, bakers, etc. who have the same passion and commitment to their daily work, who go out of their way to preserve traditions and the art of gastronomy.
With Florencia Ruiz Alejo at the helm, this innovative gastronomic proposal based on technique and respect for the product is inspired by Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine.
