La Cultural Restaurant

Gastronomy, culture and tourism are the three pillars of La Cultural de Úbeda, an ambitious project that opened its doors on 14 December 2021. 

It was made possible by the determined commitment of a group of entrepreneurs with extensive experience in different sectors and two years of intense efforts to adapt the central building to the needs of an initiative of this magnitude.

La Cultural is located in the heart of Úbeda, a designated world heritage city, and its services meet the high expectations of a benchmark establishment in this world-renowned place. The venue occupies the building that until a few years ago housed the popular "Casa de Cofradías" (brotherhoods centre), with access from Calle Muñoz Garnica. The facilities comprise a central colonnaded courtyard, a cafeteria, a ground floor and two upper floors with various multi-purpose rooms and dining rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. But what gives the place a special touch and a uniquely authentic flavour is the charming little theatre with its stage, stalls and circle. The theatre is the epicentre around which the project began to take shape and is conceived for all kinds of cultural and other events.
