La Cañada Real El Paso is a recreational area located between the N-322 dual-carriageway to the south and the old road from Úbeda to Sabiote to the north.

It has a total area of 148,604 square metres and is part of the Cañada Real Conquense, one of the 10 main Cañadas Reales (drovers' routes) included in the UNESCO Tentative List which crosses the provinces of Cuenca, Ciudad Real and part of Jaén.

The recreational area in the initial section consists of a number of recreational elements for users and that include playgrounds, fountains, barbecues, tables and benches, trees, a football pitch, etc. making this a fantastic place to enjoy a picnic.

It is currently being refurbished and updated for tourism with a view to it becoming respectful with the environment, its traditional character and the current layout.
