La Casería de Tito

Opposite the chapel of the village of San Bartolomé, 7 Kms away from Úbeda and 2 Kms away from Torreperogil, it is this old farm house. It dates from the 19th century, and has been restored twice (1974, and 2001).
The building consists of 7 double bedrooms with independent toilets (shower, basin, and WC), TV, heating, air conditioning, and cozy furniture and décor which maintain the maximum levels of comfort. The house communal areas are the entrance hall, living-dining room, living room with chimney and library, general and independent women and men toilets, swimming pool (old irrigation reservoir recovered to be used as pool), spacious garden with trees and parking area for 6 vehicles in the old farm threshing floor. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served.
