Casa Adelina
In Turre, Casa Adelina guarantees the survival of the most authentic Almería gastronomy. It offers 100% regional, highly traditional cuisine, although this does not exclude dishes of a more general character such as butterfly-grilled fish or exquisite snails.
The home-made dishes are from the sea and the mountains: rich red garlic, anchovies, fried kid goat or chops... they also make their own bread with olive oil and garlic, as well as typical dishes from the area, such as "gurullos" (semolina pastry) and wheat.
As for home-made desserts, they serve Calatrava bread, chocolate cake, egg custard and mango sorbet.
