Mesón Joaquín
Set in the midst of a nature park Sierra Nevada, Mesón Joaquín is the place to relax while enjoying exquisite roast meats, tasty salads and 'snacks' as well as a wide variety of tapas.
It is famous for its ham and it also has its own trout farm.
The menu specialises in traditional cuisine, such as garlic soup, plato alpujarreño with potatoes “a lo pobre”, trout cooked with ham, fried breadcrumbs, shoulder of suckling lamb, roast pork knuckle, marinated loin, stew of the day, cream of almond soup and cottage cheese drizzled with honey.
Every day, 12:30 am to 4:30 pm. Dinners, only during the second fortnight of July and during the whole month of August.
