La Fragua
Located in the Barrio Medio of Trevélez in the heart of the Alpujarras, the Restaurante La Fragua serves traditional local dishes, such as hunter's rice, partridge, and as you would expect, its dishes must include the magnificent Trevélez ham, together with a glass of fine wine from the region.
The menu is based on the typical cuisine of the Alpujarras and the Mediterranean, prepared with all the care and attention its tradition and Moorish roots deserve.
La Fragua has a dining room, a bar in the reception area of the restaurant for tapas between hours and, weather permitting, a nice, summer outdoor terrace.
