Jamones Nevadensis
Jamones Nevadensis is a family business dedicated to the production of one of most exquisite delicacies: Trevélez ham, at the foot of the Mulhacén and 1,750 metres above sea level, in the heart of the Sierra Nevada National Park.
Jamones Nevadensis has retained and continued with the knowledge and procedures that have been passed down for almost 200 years. Its ham and shoulders are traditionally cured and 100% natural, only adding sea salt as a preservative.
The specific microclimate and cold clean air of the Trevélez mountains on the southern slopes of Sierra Nevada, make the Nevadensis ham a unique product with a gentle delicate aroma and palate.
Monday to Friday from 10 am. to 2 pm. and from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.
