Jamones Cardales

Jamones Cardales is a family business located in Trevélez, in the Upper Alpujarra region, in the centre of the Sierra Nevada National Park, with 4000 m2 facilities to store more than 120,000 pieces of Trevélez ham.

Jamones Cardales has the satisfaction of being able to produce and sell an excellent Trevelez ham, low in salt, smooth on the palate, with intense aromas and many months of natural curing without preservatives or accelerants, just sea salt.
