Casa Alta
In Tomares, Casa Alta occupies a historic 17th century building. This emblematic building forms part of an old estate of the Ybarra family and which gave the name to the area, the Alquería de Santa Eufemia.
Customers will find themselves in warm, distinguished surroundings within the walls of this typical farm building. It is divided into two areas, first there is the tapas bar, with a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and then there is the main dining room, with à-la-carte service in a more exclusive atmosphere. In springtime there is also a terrace amongst the characteristic age-old olive trees.
Casa Alta serves traditional cuisine with the emphasis on local produce, and with a certain modern touch: creamy wild mushroom rice with mascarpone cheese, fillet of beef and desserts, such as chocolate crumbs with milk ice cream.
Tuesday to Saturday, 1.30pm to 4pm and 9.15pm to midnight. Sunday, 1.30 pm to 4 pm.
