This luxury lifestyle chain was founded in 1994 by the chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the actor Robert De Niro and the producer Meir Teper and their first establishment was created in New York. There are currently more than 55 restaurants and 34 hotels on five continents. The new hotel is located opposite the Seville City Hall, has 25 rooms and suites, a large terrace on the roof, with a swimming pool and a gastronomy area, overlooking the Cathedral and the Giralda.
The restaurant is located in the heart of the hotel and has unique views of the Roman Walls that were discovered during the rehabilitation of the area.
Nobu Hotel Sevilla has in an exceptional location, in the Plaza de San Francisco, in the heart of the historical town centre of Seville.
The hotel was refurbished to highlight its architecture and takes advantage of the experience of the Mercer Hotels chain in the management of exceptional luxury boutique hotels.
