Winery and kitchen linked to local and seasonal products with a touch of modernity. Fire, embers and the perfumed trace of smoke are our essence. Our winery has a significant presence of small national and international producers.

At the helm of Atxa are Laura García and Arturo Perea, driven by a clear mission to respect the essentials: their roots and a commitment to honest, tradition-inspired cuisine. Their approach reflects a youthful, fresh style, shaped by years of experience under the mentorship of Martín Berasategui.
