Close to Tabernas, Restaurante Los Albardinales occupies a full-restored old oil mill that dates back to 1925, where it shares facilities with the current factory for producing a magnificent virgin olive oil and a Mill-Museum.

Los Albardinales has an à la carte restaurant divided over several carefully decorated rooms. You can sample delicious cuisine with typical local dishes, where the unquestionable star is the olive oil.

Furthermore, it has a Mill-Museum with the machinery from the old oil mill, in perfect condition, and models that show the evolution of the manufacturing of olive oil since the start of Mediterranean civilisation.
