Highly trained and qualified in different sports and environmental disciplines, all the guides are members of the AEGM (Spanish Association of Mountain Guides), which promotes and facilitates sports and activities in these outstanding mountain and forest settings.

As accredited and certified environmental educators, our guides also belong to the AEEA (Spanish Environmental Education Association), and as accredited and certified STARLIGHT astronomical guides they are members of the STARLIGHT Foundation (which promotes the public appreciation of astronomy and astronomical research). They are also members of the SEO (Spanish Ornithology Society) and other environmental associations. 

With extensive expertise and experience in sports and the environment, Cumbres del Sur organises a wide range of activities in natural environments, as well as guided and interpreted hiking, mountaineering, trekking, climbing, vias ferratas, canyoning, caving, mountain bike routes, paintball, kayaking, environmental education, ornithological routes / bird and wildlife watching, astrotourism, environmental training courses and workshops, camps, adapted sports, etc. 

Our guides work throughout Spain and are particularly knowledgeable about the nature reserves and national parks in Andalusia.

More than guides, they are teachers. Through their activities and their work they provide the necessary resources for you to set off for the mountains in complete safety: to love the mountains is to be a part of its landscape, it's a lifestyle and a way of learning.

Cumbres del Sur has 150 metres of premises for storage, for teaching courses with a projector and screen, for bike rentals, for the sale of mountaineering equipment, for taking bookings for activities, and for offering tourist information.
