Ingredientes

  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Dried pepper
  • Almond
  • Bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salted cod

Preparation

Sauté the garlic and onion. Add the spinach and mix well. Fry the almonds, bread and dried pepper separately and mix everything with a mixer and a little broth.

Add the spinach to the cod and stir until well mixed. It can be served with fried bread croutons.
