Sirloin with Aracena cheese
Ingredientes
- Iberian pork sirloin
- 1 medium onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 300 g. of Aracena cheese
- 1/2 glass of liquid cream
- 1 glass of Brandy
- Olive oil
- Thyme, pepper and salt
Preparation
Season and brown the sirloin in a frying pan. Take them off and keep them warm. In the same oil you used to brown the sirloins, fry finely diced onions and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
Next add brandy and wait until the alcohol has evaporated. The next step is to add the cheese, half a glass of cream and the thyme, and let it cook until the sauce thickens. Once the sauce has reduced, add the sirloins and warm them through.
