It is one of the most splendid restaurants in Sevilla, in the city centre near the Cathedral. The building alone is worth a visit. It is a 19th Century palace house where the poet J. Antonio Cavestany was born and died.

There are five dining rooms where a combination of Basque and Andalusian cuisine is served, as well as an extensive wine list and delicious desserts. The menu is always adapted to the season, with touches of innovation but without losing the Spanish culinary tradition.

The building includes the Hotel Alabardero and the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla.

Monday to Sunday from 1 to 4:30 pm. and from 8 to 11:30 pm.
