In Seville, Sabina Cartuja is born of the vast experience of the original Sabina, previously located in the Los Remedios neighbourhood. It is a warm and cosy place, with different areas to satisfy the differing requirements of each client.

Sabina Cartuja has a bar for snacking, a terrace for enjoying the best dishes outdoor and a dining room for reservations. Restaurant specialising in traditional homemade cuisine, its dishes are old favourites, with the best flavour.

Tradition and quality combine in a careful selection of daily stews for lovers of "spooning", without forgetting a wide variety of tapas for those who want to try a little bit of everything. Desserts are… homemade. Anchovies, foie, variety of croquettes, salmorejo, shrimp omelettes, grilled vegetables, scrambled eggs, carpaccios, rices, roast beef, ox tail… and much more.

The wine list is excellent.

Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to midnight. Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to midnight.
