Río Grande
An incomparable menu and impressive views of Seville make the Restaurante Río Grande a favourite with visitors.
There is a wide and varied choice of dishes and novelties are frequently introduced, which means that the true speciality of the house is the customer. In the River Grande fish and seafood play a leading role in the menu with such suggestive dishes as Carpaccio of white Huelva prawns, tartar of red Cádiz tuna fish and the traditional fried fish. Other notable ingredients are mountain cured meats and acorn-fed Iberian pork, without forgetting the star dishes: Alicante style rice dishes, black rice, rice with seafood or lobster or with vegetables.
Mention should also be made of the health-food recipes served in the Río Grande and designed for those who are determined to take care of themselves, dishes such as artichokes sautéed with garlic, toasted almonds and orange blossom vinaigrette. The tapas are another feature, where aubergine or courgette pies, skewered fish, and prawn salad are just some of those most appreciated by the customers.
Every day, 1pm to 4pm and 8pm to midnight.
