The dishes of Mesón La Montanera focus on the main ingredients, without fancy preparations: grilled meat, fish and fried dish, excellent meats and even better seafood, the anchovies from Cantabria, very crunchy fried aubergine with honey, Iberian pork fillet bites, baby lamb shoulder, etc.
