La Sal
La Sal restaurant is located in the Santa Cruz in Seville, in an old Andalusian house which dates back to 1878. It's a branch of restaurant La Sal in Zahara de los Atunes, in Atlanterra beach.
Creative, traditional and innovative cuisine, prepared with top quality produce, where new tastes and textures are fused creative cuisine recipes. The speciality is the tuna and the wines. Some of the dishes made with this fish include: tataky with ginger sauce, nape of red tuna cooked in salt, and the tuna tartar with mango and sweet soy.
It is the best place in Seville to try a selection of tapas made with traditionally-fished tuna and meat from Retinto.
