La Albahaca
Modern but unfussy cooking. For 18 years La Albahaca has been serving select cuisine in an inviting setting to a select clientele. Its customers include members of European aristocracy, artists, Nobel prize-winners and heads of government from all over the world.
Wide selection of dishes, ranging from the scrambled eggs with baby sea anemones and cauliflower and oyster terrine, the scrambled eggs with cod and piquillo pepper, pil-pil sauce and pisto (a kind of ratatouille), through to their excellent home-made desserts.
Monday–Saturday: 1 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to midnight.
