Emporión

In Seville, Restaurante Emporión forms part of the facilities at the Hotel Las Casas de la Judería. It is located in the historic quarter a few metres from the Cathedral next to the Santa María La Blanca church.

Emporión offers a look at the different culinary traditions arising from the heat of the Mare Nostrum. Also open to the public, Restaurante Emporión has two private dining rooms for 12 and 16 people–ideal for business lunches or special events. Carefully decorated in wood and "cordobán" (embossed leather decorated with gold leaf), it has a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The menu includes both traditional and newly created dishes–cooking based on Mediterranean and international cuisine, with nuances of Seville gastronomy.
