Located in the hotel Gran Meliá Colón, this is an attractive establishment with numerous details from the world of bullfighting from which it takes its name: El Burladero (the barrier around the bullring).

It serves traditional a very varied range of Andalusian dishes, and is well-known for the quality of its cured hams. The highlight of the menu is the medallion of lamb. Also worth mentioning are the Huelva prawns.

Good wine cellar and a very pleasant atmosphere.

Monday to Sunday from 12 am. to midnight.
