Founded 1981, El Bacalao is well-known in Seville for its restaurant and gourmet food
It currently comprises three establishments in the city centre, the philosophy of the group is based on its excellent cuisine, a team of professionals aimed at providing quality service, excellent ingredients and dishes that, in line with traditional Andalusian cuisine, continuously surprise guests with creative touches and innovation.
All this without losing sight of its star product, Cod: Great Northern Cod. Surprising guests with their countless ways to prepare this fish: finely sliced cod in olive oil, cod omelette or delicious croquettes.
