Carmela

Carmela is in Seville; it is a bar characterised by its cultural plurality, both in its service and the food it serves. The waiters usually speak two or three languages. It has a book of signatures that has been signed by celebrities such as Luz Casal, Raimundo Amador, Chamaco, Manolo Vázquez and endless famous figures from culture, politics and society.

At Carmela you are invited to enjoy a very varied menu of traditional, innovative and fun tapas, as demonstrated by winning the award for best tapas menu at the Tapas Fair in the year 2003 and an acknowledgement in the Gourmetour guide for eight consecutive years.
