Antigua Abacería de San Lorenzo
Located in an old Seville house from the 17th century, the Antigua Abacería (grocer's store) de San Lorenzo maintains the façade and the turret that crowns it at the corner of the two streets on which it stands. The Antigua Abacería de San Lorenzo has attempted to recover the spirit of the shops that were in abundance in Seville until the middle of the 20th century. Little shops where the owner invited customers to sample the products they were buying while he was serving them and sharing a glass of wine with them.
Always with goods of the highest quality, Antigua Abacería de San Lorenzo specialized in products which were often unknown to most of the public, foodstuffs and drinks produced Andalusia and traditional dishes and stews reminiscent of the flavours of olden times.
The Antigua Abacería de San Lorenzo is a social meeting point for book presentations, a wide range of exhibitions, recovering former festivities or creating new ones, organising activities,… always in an attempt to combine culture, leisure, tradition and innovation in everything related to good food and drink.
Thursday to Monday, 10am to 12 midnight.
