Al-Medina
Located in a beautiful, peaceful location in the historic centre of Seville, Al-Medina retains all the magic that surrounds Moorish culture, with its sober yet elegant and welcoming touch. It is run by native staff from different regions of Morocco.
The desire of Al-Medina is to disseminate one of mankind's most influential culinary traditions, the Moorish cuisine, specifically the traditional cuisine of Morocco. Arabesque touches predominate in this establishment, with reddish, indigo blue and green tones, where you can admire plaster statues created by Moroccan craftsmen, in addition to details that transpose us directly to cities like Rabat, Casablanca, Fes and Marrakech.
The Moroccan cuisine rich and varied, a genuine feast for the senses. The best-known dishes include couscous, but also other dishes as “Mechoui”, roast lamb grilled or spiced meat skewers are highly prized. The most important national dish in Morocco is the “Tajine”, with meat, chicken or fish, and stewed vegetables.
Its pastries are famous, where the dominant ingredients are honey, puff pastries and almonds; and tea, from green to the mint, the national drink.
