This pantheon contains the remains of some of the most noteworthy Sevillians, such as Arias Montano (humanist), Valeriano Bécquer (painter), Fernán Caballero and Mateos Gagos (writers), Alberto Lista (illustrated) and Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, the great poet.
The entrance to the Pantheon of Illustrious Sevillians is through the Faculty of Fine Arts, which is adjacent to this church.
