Museum of Fine Arts of Sevilla
The Museum of Fine Arts of Seville opened in the mid 19th century in a beautiful building which, until the Seizure of Mendizabal, was the Barefoot Convent of Mercy.
It has magnificent works of art by Murillo, Zurbarán, Valdés Leal and other representatives of the Seville school. Due to the quality of the art, it is today considered as the second best gallery in Spain.
