La Casa Fabiola is a 16th-century building that was refurbished in the 19th and 20th centuries. Its last tenant was the José Manuel Lara Foundation, which remained there until 2008.It is a typical Seville-style palace with a large central patio. There is a cloister-like gallery and a main staircase covered in white Italian marble. It has a surface area of over 1,900 square metres distributed into three floors decorated with tiles, wood panelling, paintings, etc

The Bellver Collection consists of 943 works of art including 364 paintings, 38 wood-carvings, 19 marble sculptures, 156 ceramic and porcelain pieces, 87 pieces of gold- and silverware and 105 pieces of furniture dating back to the 16th century although most of the paintings are in the Seville Costumbrism style. A visit to this museum is a journey through the Seville of the 19th century, an ideal for Flamenco and folklore. It is an excellent collection, although somewhat inconsistent, but there are 8 or 10 oil paintings of an extraordinary level.

The Bellver Collection is distributed over the three floors that make up this museum.
