Located in Seville, Az-Zait was opened with the idea of offering a different kind of cuisine, Andalusian with creative touches. It has two types of different areas, one for tapas and another for the menu.

Specialities include the ajoblanco (chilled soup) with prawns and the mango sorbet, finely sliced foie gras and red mullet on a bed of pea purée. It has a short wine list with interesting options at excellent prices. Fine selection of Spanish and international cheeses.
Monday-Sunday, from 1.15pm - 4pm and from 8.15pm - 12am. Wednesday afternoons, closed.
