La Isla Restaurant
Excellent fish and Galician shellfish on the banks of the Guadalquivir. This restaurant was founded in 1946 and is in the heart of Sevilla, near the Cathedral and the Maestranza bullring.
It specialises in Mediterranean cuisine. The menu features predominantly fish and shellfish. A good example of the dishes on offer is the cocktail of langoustines, the sea bream à la roteña, fish à la vasca, paella Isla and squid in ink à la riojana. Good wines and desserts.
