Parroquia de San Lorenzo
This is one of the 25 parish churches which stood within the city walls. It was originally in the Mudejar style, although it has been remodelled on several occasions. It has five naves separated by pillars, crowned with a wooden structure. The church houses a valuable collection of paintings, sculptures, gold objects, ornamental tiles, etc., the work of artists of the stature of Pedro Villegas, Pacheco, Roque Balduque and Martíñez Montañéz. The church is also the spiritual home of two of the most important Sevillian brotherhoods, La Bofetá and la Soledad.
