The Telefónica Building is located on one of the corners of the Plaza Nueva, facing the Avenida de la Constitución and next to the Town Hall. The Telefónica Building (1926-1928) was the work of Juan Talavera y Heredia. The decoration follows the Baroque model of the Iglesia de San Luis, the Palace of San Telmo, and the Iglesia de la Magdalena.
The building features elaborate ornamentation and is one of the finest examples of Neo-Baroque Regionalism in Seville.
