Palacete Molina Apartments

 Palacete Molina Apartments offer 9 modern apartments,fully equipped with everything you need, access by code, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, streaming platform, and parking spaces available for small/medium-sized cars.

You access the house through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior courtyard with a fountain. Apartments 1, 2 and 3 are on the ground floor. Apartments 4, 5 and 6 are accessed by going up the stairs or the lift, and on the top floor you can find Apartments 7, 8 and 9.

 

Each apartment has a small outdoor area with a small table and two chairs. On the roof there is a communal washer and dryer for the entire building.
